This has been my fave breakfast lately. I tend to get addicted to one thing, then move on.
Blend up 1 egg, half a cup of oats, quater cup applesauce until it’s a smooth paste.
Heat up your fry pan, I use coconut oil but you an use whatever, butter, spray oil, whatever you choose to cook with. Make a couple of small pancakes, using about 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake. Cook about a minute and a half each side, flipping them once. Serve drizzled with a little agave syrup.
Enjoy, these little babies should keep you satisfied all morning, and feel like a real treat while still being good for you.
