This is a weight-loss blog chronicling my ups and downs, and me being as honest as I can. I prefer anonymity, as I know from other social media that without it i am not as raw as I want to be here.
Having said that, I do want to share progress pics. I started on the health/weight loss some time ago, probably about a year, then plateaued, and now am back on track, thanks in a big part to getting a journal in which I track my calories etc. The BEST thing ever. I’m also in love with going to the gym, and eating healthy foods. I love reading other blogs and trying the recipes or coming up with my own.
Good for you! I started my own fitness journey earlier this year too. At age 38 and size 14 I thought it might be a good idea to enter a bikini competition. (I guess age does not always bring wisdom…)
Anyway, here’s my story: http://sheslosingit.net/about/

I’ve been following your blog and I love it. Good work with the bikini comp! Age may not always bring wisdom (i know all about this, haha!) but brings confidence and knowledge.
Great blog! Thanks for visiting mine and commenting 🙂 Looking forward to following along with your progress – you can do it!!
Thanks, I’ve been reading yours for a while now and love it!
I’m getting there, slowly but surely. Will post progress pics, just need some more courage, haha.
You’ve got a great blog here. I was wondering if you would be interested in getting involved with Tribesports.com in a blog partnership? We are always looking for new bloggers with a passion for fitness to get involved with our site. Check out our blog-roll to see some of our partners: http://tribesports.com/blog/blog-roll and drop me an email if you might be interested. Thanks!
Hey Adrian, thanks that sounds great. I’ve been missing a while with moving and stuff but am back to blogging now.
That’s great, you can email me at adrian@tribesports dot com
Thank you!
I’ve recently switched my food blog over to be self-hosted which I hope will make it more user-friendly in the future. As a result, if you were following Can’t Stay Out of the Kitchen via email, WordPress, or using RSS feeds through Google Reader or some other way, you are no longer subscribed. If you wish to continue receiving future posts from my blog you will need to re-subscribe. Sorry for the inconvenience, Teresa.
